Kasarpal Bungee Jumping: Arrival, Transport and Reporting Guide

Before you reserve

Check the date, number of participants, current age and weight requirements, and any identification or minor-consent instructions with the actual operator. Tell the booking team about any relevant health concern before payment; the crew makes the on-site participation decision. Do not use another operator's published height or eligibility limits for your Kasarpal booking.

Get the right reporting pin

Ask for the exact Kasarpal location, reporting time and a contact for your session. Save the pin and booking reference before leaving your hotel. Confirm the location with the driver; the words “bungee jumping Goa” alone can lead to a different operator or venue.

If you arrive early or cannot locate the entry, contact the booking team using your confirmation. Do not assume that arriving at any Goa jump site will allow entry with this ticket.

Plan the outward and return journey

Avoid scheduling the jump immediately before an airport transfer, train or another fixed appointment. Road travel and waiting add to the time on site. Distances and drive times depend on your starting point, traffic and the confirmed reporting pin; a single beach-to-venue estimate is not reliable for every hotel.

How long should you allow?

The service lists approximately 1.5 hours on site. This includes the visit process, not 1.5 hours of jumping. Registration, eligibility/weight checks, briefing, equipment fitting and queues can change the total. Ask for current reporting and operating arrangements for your date, especially during rain or busy periods. Do not assume that another venue's opening hours or weekly closure applies here.

What to carry and wear

Bring your booking reference and the identification requested by the operator. Wear comfortable clothes and secure footwear. Ask the crew about glasses or contact lenses, jewellery and any loose belongings. A personal phone, camera or action camera should not enter the jump area without express crew permission.

Ask before travelling whether lockers or supervised storage, parking, toilets, refreshments and accessibility arrangements are available. Do not treat them as included amenities unless confirmed. If friends are accompanying you, check spectator access and any charge separately.

On arrival

1. Check in at your confirmed reporting point and show the requested booking details.
2. Complete the operator's registration and eligibility checks. Disclose relevant health issues before equipment fitting.
3. Listen to the crew briefing and follow the equipment and platform instructions.
4. After your jump, confirm the identification and delivery process for your included HD video before leaving.

Pregnancy, heart or blood-pressure problems, back or neck conditions, and recent injury or surgery need disclosure. Seek qualified clinical advice where needed. A booking confirmation does not override eligibility or the crew's decision. Bungee jumping involves risk, even with checks and a briefing.

If the plan changes

Contact the booking team promptly if you are delayed or weather affects your journey. Confirm the rules for late arrival, rescheduling, weather interruption and refusal to jump before payment.
