Goa Bungee Jumping: HD Video, Refusal to Jump and Booking Terms

Before booking a jump in Kasarpal, North Goa, check what your ticket includes and what happens if your plans change. This guide covers BookScubaGoa's bungee jumping service; a different Goa venue's eligibility, video or cancellation rules should not be assumed to apply.

What is included?

The current service starts from ₹3,500 per person and lists the jump, crew briefing, safety gear, harness/weight checks and HD jump video. Hotel pickup is not included. Approximately 1.5 hours is the on-site visit, with road travel and possible additional waiting separate.

Still photographs, drone footage, extra camera angles and a certificate are not interchangeable with an included HD video. Confirm each extra and its charge, if any, before ordering. Do not buy a second video package merely because a generic competitor article says all footage costs extra.

Four video details to confirm

1. Delivery method: Ask whether your file will arrive by a link, message or another agreed method.
2. Expected timing: Ask when it should arrive. This page does not promise instant or same-day delivery.
3. File identification: Check how the crew matches the recording to your name or booking reference.
4. Follow-up contact: Keep your confirmation and ask whom to contact if the file is missing or does not match your jump.

Before leaving, confirm that the crew has the correct delivery contact and booking reference. If you receive a download link, follow the stated access instructions and retain your own copy when available. Ask whether there is a download deadline rather than assuming the file stays online indefinitely.

Do not carry a phone or action camera into the jump area without express crew permission. An included recording does not mean personal cameras are permitted.

If you cannot or do not jump

Different situations may have different terms. Resolve the relevant question before payment; this checklist is not a promise of a refund.

Read the website's refund and cancellation policy and terms and conditions. Ask the booking team to clarify package-specific details that are not explicit. A policy published by a Mayem Lake operator or a marketplace does not automatically become the policy for this Kasarpal ticket.

Check eligibility early

Ask the actual operator for current age and weight limits, required identification and any minor-consent process. Disclose relevant health concerns before payment, including pregnancy, heart or blood-pressure problems, back or neck conditions, and recent injury or surgery. Seek qualified clinical advice where needed and tell the crew before fitting equipment.

A purchased ticket does not override on-site eligibility or the crew's decision. Bungee jumping involves risk; do not interpret briefing and equipment checks as a guarantee of a risk-free activity. Avoid using another Goa site's platform height or eligibility numbers to make your decision.

Payment and trip planning

The live checkout shows the amount for your selection. On the standard 20% advance option, an undiscounted ₹3,500 ticket means ₹700 in advance; confirm the final amount and balance instructions in checkout. A smaller advance is not evidence that the whole ticket costs ₹700.
