RA-11 Sunset Yacht Party: Birthday and Group Booking Plan

Set the right expectations for the celebration

A standard RA-11 sunset ticket places your group on a shared two-hour yacht party. It does not reserve the entire vessel or guarantee an exclusive pool, private DJ set or decorated birthday table. The listed slot is 5:00 PM–7:00 PM with reporting at 4:30 PM, so it can work as an early celebration before a separate dinner. Tell guests that the included food is a grazing platter rather than a dinner buffet and that bar purchases are extra unless confirmed in the package.

Send one complete group enquiry

Include the date, number of adults, children’s ages, occasion and any must-have requests in the first enquiry. Ask about seating together, cake permission, decoration options and any minimum group or event conditions. Request a clear quote showing standard tickets and optional extras separately. If someone is joining mainly for pool use, check the operator rules beforehand. A birthday mention does not guarantee a special announcement or reserved area, so only promise your group what has been accepted in writing.

Coordinate the journey before the party day

Confirm the Solar Ferry Jetty pin and any feeder-boat boarding instructions for the sailing. Give all guests the reporting time rather than the departure time, and choose one coordinator to hold the confirmation and contact details. Shared-party admission is different from hotel transport; arrange the road journey and return separately for the listed Direct Jetty option. Ask how headcount changes, late guests, rescheduling and weather cancellation are handled before collecting advance payments from friends.

Before you book

Confirm your date, guest count, children’s ticket eligibility, reporting time and exact boarding instructions. Ask for cancellation and weather-change terms before payment.
