RA-11 Dinner Cruise: Group Celebration and Boarding Guide

A group dinner ticket is not a private charter

RA-11 Luxury Dinner is listed as a shared dinner experience with buffet, two drinks per adult under the package, an air-conditioned lounge, open-deck views and entertainment. A birthday or office group joining that sailing does not take exclusive control of the yacht. If your event requires a private deck, speeches, branding, dedicated music or exclusive catering, send a separate event enquiry. Ask whether the requested arrangement is available instead of building an event plan around the standard ticket.

Get practical celebration details in writing

Send the date, guest count, children’s ages and the occasion together. Ask how the group can be seated and whether a cake can be brought or arranged, where it can be cut, and whether service or decoration costs apply. Do not promise a pool party to guests when you have booked the dinner package; pool inclusion must be confirmed independently. If dietary restrictions or access needs affect attendance, settle those questions before collecting money from the group.

Manage arrival as one organised party

The listed dinner slot is 8:30 PM–10:30 PM, reporting by 8:00 PM. Confirm the exact Solar Ferry Jetty meeting point and how any feeder-boat boarding is managed for your sailing. Give one group coordinator the confirmations and the booking contact. A Direct Jetty ticket requires your own road transport; arrange the return journey too. Before payment, ask how late guests, changes to headcount and a cancelled sailing are handled. A small advance reserves only what the confirmed booking terms actually include.

Before you book

Confirm your date, guest count, children’s ticket eligibility, reporting time and exact boarding instructions. Ask for cancellation and weather-change terms before payment. Extra drinks, special seating, decorations and personal purchases are included only when stated in your selected ticket.
