Majestic Pride First Visit: Jetty Check-in, Feeder Boat and Boarding

Your First Majestic Pride Visit: The Short Answer

Book the correct Majestic Pride package, keep your confirmation and identification ready, and follow the reporting instructions issued for your visit. The casino is an offshore venue on the Mandovi River in Panaji. The transfer from the reporting jetty to the vessel is a practical part of arrival, not a separate sightseeing-cruise itinerary.

Start with the Majestic Pride service page to compare the listed packages. Majestic Pride and Casino Pride are different venues; use the name on your reservation rather than following another casino’s boarding queue.

1. Before Leaving Your Hotel

Check the selected date, package, guest count, amount paid and any balance. Keep the booking reference available on your phone and save a copy you can access without mobile data. Review the dress code and confirm which identification each guest should carry. Gaming-floor access is for guests aged 21 and above; guests under 21 need the appropriate non-gaming arrangement and parent or guardian accompaniment.

Plan both the outward and return journey. Hotel pickup is not included in the standard listed ticket. Ask for a separate transport quotation if needed, and check whether it covers waiting time and the return trip. Allow flexibility for road traffic without treating a suggested arrival buffer as a guaranteed boarding time.

2. Use Your Confirmed Reporting Point

The service lists Majestic Pride Jetty in the Panaji/Mandovi River area. After booking confirmation, follow the exact reporting location and instructions supplied for your visit. Ask the team before travelling if your saved map pin or an older blog points somewhere different.

At reception, present the confirmation and requested identification, complete the venue’s registration and security procedure, and ask where your party should wait. If you have a reserved arrangement or a mixed-age group, get those details checked before boarding. Do not assume a payment screenshot alone replaces the confirmed ticket or voucher.

3. Feeder-Boat Boarding

Follow staff directions for the transfer to the casino vessel. Transfer availability can change with weather and operational conditions. Do not rely on an invented departure frequency or a promise of immediate boarding. If you need assistance with steps, mobility, a pushchair or young children, discuss it before paying and ask the venue to confirm what can be accommodated.

Travel with essential belongings. Large bags and camera equipment create extra storage questions; our camera, bag and locker guide explains what to check. Keep children with their responsible adult throughout the transfer and follow the crew’s instructions.

4. Once You Are On Board

Check the dining location, service windows and entertainment programme for your selected option. Keep beverage coupons and promotional play coupons separate; they serve different purposes. The OTPC guide explains why promotional credit is not cash back from your ticket price.

Your ticket validity, your reporting time and the dinner/show schedule are separate. The operator’s published ticket window runs from 05:00 AM on the booked date to 05:00 AM the following day. It is not 24 hours from the moment you arrive. Confirm a post-midnight arrival before selecting the date; see the ticket-window article.

5. Plan the Return Before You Need It

Ask staff about the return transfer arrangement before settling into the evening. If you want to leave and come back, confirm re-entry separately rather than assuming the validity window guarantees it. Keep enough time to collect any stored belongings and meet your return transport.

If weather delays the transfer or entry is interrupted, contact BookScubaGoa with your booking reference. Ask for the confirmed next step before making another reservation. Changes and refunds follow the terms applicable to your booking.
